1. Do you design your own products?
Yes, all images on the products are designed by me. As well as the designs for Metta Mats
and Timberboards were made by me.

2. Why can’t I order the longboards and yoga matts on this webshop?
Because I find corporate social responsibility an important topic to adhere to I want to
minimize my Co2 emissions. By redirecting your orders to partners, I’m better able to do this.
On my webshop you’ll find links redirecting to their respective pages.

 

3. My payment has failed, what happens next?
Please contact me through info@sy-lance.com and we’ll solve it!

 

4. Is a tracking code included with my order?
Orders within the Netherlands: when the package fits in the mailbox there won’t be a tracking
code. If it doesn’t fit, there will be a tracking code. Would you prefer your order to have a
tracking code either way? Please contact me through info@sy-lance.com to ensure a safe
delivery!
International orders: Please contact me through info@sy-lance.com to ensure a safe delivery!

 

5. Are the prices on the webshop including VAT?
Yes, all prices shown are including VAT.

 

6. Why are the posters and postcards sent sealed?
The posters and postcards are very delicate. I can’t resell a damaged product. It’s only
possible to return a sealed product. When the seal has been broken, it’s no longer possible to
return the product.
